Hello dear dance lovers,

I am Vanessa and today I want to take you to an unforgettable dance night that I recently attended. If you are as much a fan of Latin dance as I am, you definitely don't want to miss this event!

On Friday, December 1, 2023, the "Social Dance: Latin Mix" took place, organized by none other than Salsaventura Utrecht. The vibe was absolutely electric and the music? Well, let's just say your feet simply cannot stay still.

The Music

With DJ Devante at the turntables, it was a mix of rhythmic beats and melodic tones. We enjoyed three sets of Salsa (including Cuban style), three sets of Bachata, and three sets of Kizomba. Each set brought a new wave of energy through the room and had everyone swinging on the dance floor.

The Location

The evening was held at Beyaertdreef 5, right next to De Oproer: Biercafé. But the real magic happened on the other side, on the corner, where you could find the sparkling new dance studio of Salsaventura. The space was spacious, cool (thanks to the air conditioning), and perfectly lit, putting everyone in the right mood for a night full of dance.

Oh, and for those who were concerned about parking - there was free and ample parking available!

Closing Thoughts

The "Social Dance: Latin Mix" was truly one of the highlights of my dance year. It was an evening full of laughter, dancing, and making beautiful memories.
