Exchanging and Returning - Miss Salsa Dance Shoes
At Miss-Salsa.nl, you have the right to return an item within 30 days, without giving any reasons, (right of withdrawal). Within this period, you may inspect, assess, and/or try on the item as you would in a store, unless stated otherwise. To ensure your return goes smoothly, you can easily use our return form.
You can also use the withdrawal form to inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. However, using this form is not mandatory.
By notifying us of your return in advance, your return can be processed quickly. After withdrawing your order, you must return the items no later than 30 days.
Requirements for returns:
- The product must, as far as reasonably possible, be in its original condition and factory packaging.
- You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Refund of the amount:
Exercising the right of withdrawal does not mean that your payment obligation is canceled. You must pay within the stipulated period. If a credit arises from processing the return in our administration and you have paid for the order in advance with iDEAL, we will refund this as soon as possible. If you return the entire order, the shipping costs will be waived. We will cover the costs for returning the package. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to pay us.
We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. However, we may wait to refund until we have received the products or until you have shown that you have returned them.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Makeup and makeup brushes.
- Sale products with a discount percentage of 35% or more.
- Products that are custom-made according to specifications you provided.
The above-mentioned items can only be returned if the item proves to be defective. Please inform us of any defects as soon as possible after discovery.

The costs for a return shipment are, if you choose to pay by invoice afterwards, at your own expense (estimated shipping costs: € 5.50 via DHL For You). If you have paid in advance, you will receive a link from us to register your return. The original shipping costs will be removed from the invoice upon receipt of the return if you return the entire order.
If you want to return an item, please use our return form/withdrawal form so we can process your return quickly. Of course, you can also return the products via another carrier, but then the costs are for you.
Cancellation of your order:
Every order can be canceled without giving reasons, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from Miss-Salsa.nl. Do you want to cancel your order after you have received an order confirmation? Then reply to your order confirmation, contact us by phone, or fill out the return form.
