Conditions for Returns:
The product must, as far as reasonably possible, be in the original condition and packaging.
You are only liable for any decrease in value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
Refund:
After receiving and processing your return shipment, we will refund the full purchase amount, including any shipping costs, as soon as possible, no later than 14 days.
The refund will be made via the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
We may wait to refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof of having returned them.
Exceptions:
The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:
Make-up and make-up brushes.
Sale items with a discount percentage of 35% or more.
Products that are custom-made according to specifications you provided.
