At Miss-Salsa.nl you have the right to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. During this period, you can view and try the product as you would in a physical store. To expedite the return process, you can use our return form.

Conditions for Returns:

The product must, as far as reasonably possible, be in the original condition and packaging. You are only liable for any decrease in value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Refund:

After receiving and processing your return shipment, we will refund the full purchase amount, including any shipping costs, as soon as possible, no later than 14 days.
The refund will be made via the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may wait to refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof of having returned them.

Exceptions:

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:

Make-up and make-up brushes. Sale items with a discount percentage of 35% or more. Products that are custom-made according to specifications you provided.

Return Procedure:

Report your return via email or WhatsApp.
Use our return form to ensure your return shipment goes smoothly. The costs for returning are at your own expense, unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation of your order:

You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us via email, phone, or the return form.
