Exchanges and Returns – Miss-Salsa.nl Dance Shoes

At Miss-Salsa.nl, you have the right to return your order within 30 days without needing to provide a reason. During this period, you may try on and inspect the item at home, just as you would in a physical store. To ensure a smooth return process, you can use our return form.

You can also use our cancellation form to let us know that you wish to cancel your order, but this is not mandatory.

If you notify us of your return in advance, we can process the return shipment faster. Once you have indicated that you are withdrawing from the purchase, you must return the item to us within 30 days.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, if possible.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return shipment.
  • A restocking fee of 1% will be charged on all returns.
  • Sale items with a discount of 35% or more cannot be returned.
  • You are only responsible for any damage to the product resulting from use that goes beyond what is necessary to assess the item, such as trying on or testing.

Refund:

Cancelling your order does not mean you do not have to pay. You still need to pay within the stipulated period. If you have a credit due to a return and you paid in advance via iDEAL, we will refund the amount as soon as possible. If you return the entire order, the shipping costs will be waived. The return costs are on us, unless stated otherwise.

We will refund you the full purchase amount (including any shipping costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice. However, we will wait to process the refund until we have received the returned items or you have shown that they have been shipped.

Items That Cannot Be Returned:

  • Makeup and makeup brushes
  • Sale items with a discount of 35% or more
  • Products that have been customized for you
  • Final sale items

These items can only be returned if they are defective. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returning Items:

Notify us of your return via email or WhatsApp. If you have paid on invoice after delivery, the return costs are at your own expense (approximately €5.50 via DHL For You). If you have paid in advance, we will send you a return link. If you return the entire order, the shipping costs of the original order will be deducted from the invoice.

Use our return or cancellation form to have your return processed quickly. You may also return the items via another carrier, but then the costs are at your own expense.

Cancelling an Order:

You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us. Do you want to cancel your order after receiving an order confirmation? Reply to the order confirmation, call us, or use the return form.
